Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We will do our best to ship your jewellery on the day your order is received. If your selection is temporarily not in stock, we will handcraft it just for you and send it within 1-2 weeks. You will be notified of the status of your order and when your purchase is on its way.

If Standard Shipping is selected, your jewellery will be enclosed in an elegant velvet pouch and mailed in a protective bubble-wrap envelope.  Items shipped via Standard Shipping are not trackable. We do not assume responsibility for the unlikely loss of a parcel shipped via Standard Shipping. 

Standard Shipping is available for FREE within Canada on pre-tax purchases of up to $149. 

If Expedited Shipping is selected, your jewellery will be gift-wrapped in our deluxe presentation box and gold ribbon. A tracking number will be provided and a signature required at delivery.

Expedited Shipping is available for FREE within Canada on pre-tax purchases of $150 and above.

To obtain an estimated shipping date or to expedite your order, please contact us prior to submitting your purchase and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.


Shipping Rates within USA

Standard Shipping $5.00: Available on orders on orders of up to $150 . Approximate delivery time is 7-10 business days. Items shipped via Standard Shipping are not trackable. We do not assume responsibility for the unlikely loss of a parcel shipped via Standard Shipping.

Expedited Shipping $25.00: Approximate delivery time is 4-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided and a signature required at delivery.

To purchase outside Canada or the USA, please contact us us before submitting your order. 


Duties & Taxes

If you are purchasing within Canada, taxes applicable to your province will be charged upon checkout. If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, any applicable taxes, duties and broker fees will be charged at customs upon arriving to the destination country.


Returns and Exchanges

Your jewellery will be made with the utmost care and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

On-Sale Jewellery
No refunds or exchanges will be provided on discounted jewellery.

Silver Jewellery
We will issue a refund if your silver jewellery is returned within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to obtain a return authorization number. Returned items will not be accepted without a return authorization number. The returned item must be in unworn, brand new condition and shipped in its original packaging.

A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the item was shipped to you via Free Standard Shipping. If the item was shipped via Free Expedited Shipping, an $18 restocking fee will be deducted. We reserve the right to deduct a further restocking fee consisting of 20% off the purchase price if the returned item is not in unworn, brand new condition enclosed in its full original packaging.

We thank you for packaging the returned goods with care as we are not responsible for damages sustained during return shipping. No refunds will be issued on shipping costs and we will not assume responsibility for any return shipping costs.

Gold and Custom-made Jewellery
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on gold, gold&silver and custom-made jewellery as they are handmade to order. This includes birthstone, engraved and custom-sized jewellery.

Tungsten Bands
There will be no refunds or exchanges on tungsten bands. If you would like to learn your ring size, please contact us to schedule a studio visit.
