It all begins with a phone call with Pamela, where you'll share your vision and she'll answer your questions. The next step is a visit to our Toronto studio where Pamela will inspect your jewellery and refine the design for your treasured gems. She'll also recommend the best way to keep your gold's value - see below for details.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Your jewelry will be created from scratch to showcase your gems. Pamela will prepare detailed sketch for your review. A computer model of your new design will follow, giving you a photo-realistic view of your design. Once you approve the computer model, we'll craft your bespoke design in our Toronto studio.

THE BIG REVEAL

Once your heirloom is beautifully re-invented, we'll perform a detailed appraisal to confirm its value and provide you with a certificate for insurance purposes.

She created a ring for my fiancée that combined different elements from reference objects into a beautiful cohesive ring that we both love so incredibly much. My fiancée and I could not be happier. Pamela made every step of the custom ring design process easier than anything. She had me into her studio for our first consultation which allowed me to look at different size stones, bands, and chat about the idea I had in mind. She studied the reference pictures I had sent her prior to the meeting and came into it with ideas to share with me. After we agreed on a design, everything else was online through email which made even easier since I lived far away. From sketched drafts that need approval to 3D renderings that also needed approval, Pamela always made sure I felt included and knew where the ring was in the creation process. She hand delivered the ring to me in a location that was not too difficult for me which I appreciated immensely. I can't say enough great things about Pamela and her business. So amazing!
