To initiate a return/exchange for eligible items, let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The returned item must be in unworn, brand new condition and shipped in its original packaging. No refunds will be offered on shipping fees.
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee if the returned/exchanged item has been noticeably worn, is not in brand new condition and/or not enclosed in its full original packaging. Be sure to package returned goods with care as we are not responsible for damages sustained during shipping.
Regular Priced Ready-to-Wear Silver, Gold-Filled and Gold-Plated Jewellery
We will issue a refund or exchange if your silver, gold-plated or gold-filled jewellery (including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, cufflinks, and scarf rings) was purchased at regular price and returned within 7 days of receipt.
Ready-to-wear rings will be made-to-order and are final sale. If you'd like to confirm your ring size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request complimentary ring sizers prior to placing your order.
Silver, gold-plated or gold-filled items eligible for a refund and paid via Sezzle can be exchanged for another item(s) of equal value or a store credit for its full value (minus shipping fees). If a refund is requested, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We are happy to offer you a store credit if you wish to exchange silver, bronze, gold-plated and gold-filled jewellery purchased on sale. There are no returns or exchanges on jewellery marked as FINAL SALE.
Solid Gold and Platinum Jewellery
We offer exchanges for solid gold (10K, 14K or 18K) necklaces and earrings purchased directly from our website (eg. no custom invoice), unless they are marked FINAL SALE. Please notify us of your wish to exchange your jewellery within 7 days of receipt.

Custom, Made-to-order and Personalized Jewellery
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any made-to-order and custom designed jewellery as they will be made just for you. This includes birthstone, engraved and custom-sized jewellery.

Tungsten rings are not made in our Toronto studio. Instead, they are ordered from a trusted supplier. Tungsten bands can be exchanged only for another tungsten ring within 7 days of receipt.
